Defining Reality

According to philosophers, reality is the way things really are, no matter how they seem or might be interpreted. Reality is anything that has happened, will happen or is happening.  It composites and shapes the things that we find ordinary. For example, the way we interpret the reality in an image is either based on the argument presented to us about the image or our own idea of reality based on prior events. When people take images and post them for others to see, they want others to view their everyday reality and interpret it in a certain way. Even in everyday life, we focus on images of memories that are in a “happier” reality rather than a true reality. Most try to discard the shameful and hurtful moments. If we were able to capture each moment in our life in a set of images to put in our own book of reality, maybe this would be our actual reality. But to be honest, I personally do not believe that there is a definition for reality because what we perceive to be real true is not always reality, and what we perceive to be imaginary, abstract, or fiction could also be considered apart of our reality.
